Legs & Back was a beyotch! I thought it would be the easiest weight workout for me because my legs have been pretty strong, but now…My legs feel like noodles. I’m going to feel it in the morning and I’m looking forward to it but at the same time not.
My pull-up bar came, but as it turns out it doesn’t fit on any of the doors in this bloody apartment so I had to use resistance bands. I got creative and used one of the hooks over the sink in the kitchen. Luckily it’s right pretty much in the doorway to the living room so I don’t have to go very far. I’m going to get a door attachment and do that workout in my room, that way I don’t have to pause and come back everytime.
Tomorrow is Kenpo, which involves a lot of kicking and I’m pretty sure I’m going to want to die trying to kick my legs any higher than knee level.
My obliques are a little sore, I want my abs to be the sorest thing on my body. Tonight I breezed through the in/outs and the forward bicycles, the backward bicycles sucked and heels to the sky just was not happening.
That’s ok though, I’m going to rock every single workout next week and become the queen of P90X, at least Phase 1.
