My morning workout included:
- 10 minutes warm-up
- Platform Calf Raises 3×20
- Side Legs on Mat 3×20
- Leg Extensions 10# 3×14
- H.S. Calf Raises 10# 3×16
- Exercise Ball Wall Squats 3×18
- Exercise Ball Wall Plie Squats 3×18
- Stretches
- 30 Minute Intervals On Elliptical + cool-down
My husband and I hit the gym 5:30am, bright and early, which we like. My husband stayed until 6:30 and I stayed there for another extra 30 minutes. I was supposed to meet up with a friend to work out together, but I guess things just didn’t work out ![]()
This is random, but my husband has been saying that he sees a “smiley face” on a parking lot gate machine at our gym. He finally took a picture on my phone to show and prove it. So here’s the “smiley gym guy.”
