
I’m joining in on Get Moovin’ March, which was started by Casey at The Ever-Changing Life of a Military Wife. The basic idea is to “say no to fast food and yes to working out for the month of March”. I don’t really have an issue with eating fast food (except for pizza)… so I’m primarily going to work on saying “yes to working out”. ![]()
So here’s my plan for Week 1:
- Monday – Rest Day (I ran 5 miles on Sunday)
- Tuesday – Yoga, run 3 miles if I have time
- Wednesday – Yogalosophy
- Thursday – 4-mile run
- Friday – Rest day (I’m driving to Orlando)
- Saturday – Recreational swimming in Orlando
- Sunday – Disney Princess Half-Marathon!!, followed by walking around one of the Disney parks
So that’s the plan for week 1! We’ll see how it goes. Obviously I rocked out the rest day today. ![]()
